If you enjoyed your first workout, and want more, we offer beginner classes Monday – Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

These classes focus on skill-development and provides all participants with a fitness baseline that covers the basic movements used in CrossFit. We firmly believe proper mechanics is foundational to anyone’s CrossFit journey.

Progression

Beginner Classes

These classes are held Monday – Thursday at 7:30 p.m, and are geared toward those still learning CrossFit. They remain open to any of our other members. These classes involve more detailed instruction with the goal of helping you improve your basic movement patterns. Workouts are scaled down from the start as we encourage people to focus more on mechanics, form and consistency in their workouts, rather than worrying about intensity or weight. The time you spend in the Beginners’ Class is up to both you and the Coach.

1 – on – 1 Beginner Classes

  • If you would rather have personal training or your schedule is not flexible enough to allow for set on-ramp dates and times, beginner classes will be best for you.
  • Includes personal time with one of our coaches for four 1 hour training sessions.
