You’ve made it this far. You are curious about CrossFit. You are thinking, “Do I have what it takes?” The answer is YES! CrossFit is appropriate for all fitness and ability levels and at CrossFit 727 we strive to make CrossFit universally accessible. Getting started with CrossFit 727 is simple:

CrossFit is a results-driven exercise program that is broad, general and inclusive. The regimen consists of functional movements, in constantly varied combinations, at high intensity. 2. Come try CrossFit out! Your first WOD is on us!

Join us for any one of our regularly scheduled classes and your first session is free! During the class we’ll go over some basic CrossFit movements and complete a WOD. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork and to introduce yourself. This will give you idea of what our classes are like, so you should plan on being at the box for an hour.
