How did you get started with CrossFit? I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2007 as a workout while serving in the U.S Army as an infantry sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division. After I left the Army in 2009, I attended college and moved to New York City in 2010. I started to going to an affiliate there in 2012. I eventually became a trainer, getting my L1, L2, and CrossFit Gymnastics certifications.
What is your previous sport or exercise background? I played football and wrestled in high school. I took part in all sorts of military training while in the Army. In addition to CrossFit, I also practice yoga and mixed martial arts.
What is one fun fact about you? I love playing guitar and singing, you might catch me performing around town.
