How did you get started with CrossFit? I became friends with a Regionals athlete through rock climbing. I was like “dang, you are fit!” She recommended I watch a CrossFit documentary online. I binged all available documentaries and have been obsessed ever since!
What is your previous sport or exercise background? I ran cross country in high school and continued to stay active through globo gym memberships, HIIT training and rock climbing.
What is one fun fact about you? I went to college in Thailand 🇹🇭

What made you want to become a CF coach? CrossFit has added meaning to my life, created goals to be reach for and brought me some of my closest friends. I wouldn’t have made it this far without the many coaches along the way that have helped me improve one cue and one encouragement at a time. Only felt right to give it back!
