How did you get started with CrossFit? Coming out of high school where I had been an athlete my entire life I started college and needed something to keep my adrenaline drive up. I put on the freshman 15 and one day realized it and walked into the local CrossFit gym the next day and loved it. I bought a groupon to CrossFit manta ray and told myself I would do it every day for a month and then once I created a habit I would determine if I liked it or not. Here I am 4 years later, still after it.

What is your previous sport or exercise background?  I played softball, flag football, swam, and was a state competitor in track and field.

What is one fun fact about you? I hold first in the nation for competitive pistol shooting.
