How did you get started with CrossFit? After college I was struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balance between weightlifting, cardio, and healthy eating. I had always enjoyed exercising in a team environment, so it was recommended that I try CrossFit. I immediately fell in love with the community and sense of accomplishment that I felt after every workout. There has been no looking back since!

What is one fun fact about you? I have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Favorite WOD: Chippers and Workouts for time. I like having a set goal to accomplish and anything with heavy barbell movements. 

Least Favorite WOD:  AMRAPs and anything with Handstand Pushups!
