How did you get started with CrossFit?  I was in a plateau in my performance and wanted to try something new. I googled “crossfit near me” and dropped into the gym to try out a class, got my butt kicked, got exposed to weaknesses and loved every minute of it. I was hooked immediately to it, working everyday to try to get a little bit better.

What is your previous sport or exercise background? I was a 3 sport athlete in high school and college. Previous to CrossFit use to train a lot in hypertrophy methodology.

What is one fun fact about you? Im a huge Cleveland Browns fan.
