Who is this membership for?
We've all been at a place in our lives where we need some accountability. This Hybrid Membership was built for people who need a little more than traditional group classes.
This membership appeals to people with bigger goals, a need for one on one coaching, and especially to those who have tried to establish an effective training routine but haven't been consistent in the past. It's a great deal for those who want personal training but aren't ready to invest in training many times a week.
What will my personal trainer do?
Everyone comes to CrossFit for a unique reason, with unique challenges and individual goals. A personal coach offers accountability and individualized training that takes into account where you've been and where you hope to be in the future. Together, you'll develop a program catered to your abilities that pushes you hard enough to achieve your goals. Goals often range from growing strength and mobility, to losing weight, to simply feeling better every day.
How much personal training do I get?
Most of our Hybrid Members are already familiar with CrossFit and can take on any WOD. Through 3 Private 1:1 sessions a month, we are able to provide the personal accountability needed to overcome injuries, get through a slump, or see more results than can be achieved without guidance and someone there rooting for you and pushing you. We emphasize safety, and these sessions are excellent for establishing habits and routines that minimize the risk of injury.
I’m in. How much does it cost?
Our Hybrid Membership Special gives you one on one training for three sessions along with a month of unlimited classes for only $275 a month. Because we know that what fuels you matters, this membership also includes free nutritional guidance from our qualified coaches. Stop by, see what we're all about, and stay if you connect. We don't tie people down with contracts or penalties if you find a CrossFit box you like better. We want you to love WODing with us.
How do I get started?
Give us a call at 727-871-1542 or email info@CrossFit727.com. We’ll hook you up with a time to come in and tour the gym and begin your one on one training. Dress comfortably and ready to move. We’ll work you hard from day one. CrossFit727 is located at 475 Central Avenue North, #B-100. (Yes, it is in the basement just off of central in an amazing historic building!) Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your first session.
