Olympic Weightlifting

Looking to improve your Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean and jerk? Or do you just like a bit more lifting volume than what is programmed for our main CrossFit Classes? Then this program is for you! Our CrossFit 727 barbell club available with our unlimited CrossFit class membership and all levels of experience are welcome!

This class is led and programmed by Coach George, who will be critiquing your form and fine tuning your lifts more and more each week.
